Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hon Yoga purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange policy:
Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging with tags still attached.
To start the return process, please contact us at support@honyoga.com with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. Once your return request is processed, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Please note that unless the product was received damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we can help with an exchange. Simply follow the same process as a return, and we’ll send you a replacement item once we receive the returned product. We can only exchange items for the same value.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately. We’ll arrange a free return and send you a replacement, or issue a refund based on your preference.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged or defective.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@honyoga.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, and please tell us the reason for the return or exchange!
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Use the return label we provide to ship it back to us.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "final sale."
- Gift cards.
