Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your experience with Hon Yoga and have an easy return and exchange process if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
1. How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@honyoga.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Pack the item(s) securely and use the return label we provide to ship it back to us.
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll promptly process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that unless the product was received damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Returns
Purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be like new and returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we can help with an exchange. Simply follow the same process as a return, and we’ll send you a replacement item once we receive the returned product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll arrange a replacement immediately or issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after purchase.
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased as final sale or with a discount.

6. Returns Under European Union (EU) Regulations
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
