Do you offer a lifetime guarantee on your products?

Yes, we offer a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship on all of our yoga wear.  We're not happy until you're happy.  If you're not completely satisfied with your product, we will replace or refund it.

Does your clothing contain harmful chemicals or restricted substances?

Never! Our fabric and thread suppliers hold active OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certifications (with our fabric suppliers also bluesign® certified), so you can wear Hon Yoga knowing that no harmful substances (like BPA) were used in the creation of your garments.

 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange, provided it is in unused, original condition. For more details, read about our Returns & Exchanges policy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of our receiving them. Delivery within the USA typically takes 2 - 5 business days, while overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 - 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, we accept any changes or cancellations to your order.  Please contact us at support@honyoga.com with your order number.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

How do I care for my yoga wear?

To keep your yoga wear in top condition, follow the care instructions on the garment labels. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water without bleach, tumble drying on low, and gently ironing.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties or taxes.
